PK368 Terms and Conditions

By accessing the PK368 website, mobile app or any other platform service, you confirm that you have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the PK368 platform regardless of how you access it — through a browser, the Android APK, the iOS Progressive Web App or any other method.

Your continued use of PK368 following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically, particularly before placing larger bets or claiming promotions. Where a material change is made, we will notify registered users through in-app notification or email where possible.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and PK368.

To register and use PK368 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PK368 strictly prohibits use by minors. Age verification is conducted as part of the registration and identity verification process.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing sports betting platforms is not prohibited under local law at the time of use.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person or any undisclosed third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from PK368 or any related platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are unsure about your capacity or local legal requirements, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.

PK368 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction, suspension of withdrawals or account closure. This is not a punitive measure — it is a standard part of responsible platform operation.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of PK368 and its associated service providers are not permitted to hold active betting accounts on the platform.

Each individual may hold only one active account on PK368. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices or different payment methods — is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and any payment information required for account verification. Providing false information at registration is grounds for account closure without refund of deposited funds in cases where fraud is established.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. PK368 will never ask for your password through email, in-app chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify PK368 support immediately through in-app chat.

• Do not share your account login with any other person under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password and enable biometric login on the PK368 app where available.
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices after each session.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to support without delay.

PK368 uses account verification (KYC) procedures to confirm user identity. Verification may be requested during registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or at any point where additional confirmation is reasonably required. Standard documents accepted include a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued photo ID alongside proof of address.

All transactions on PK368 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees — your account balance, bets and payouts all operate in PKR without any hidden conversion charges.

Deposits: PK368 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer (IBFT), debit cards, credit cards and other supported mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the deposit section of the app. Deposits are generally credited within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible, as a standard anti-fraud measure. Verified accounts can typically receive withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa within one hour. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank. Withdrawal requests to unverified accounts may be held pending completion of identity verification.

• PK368 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard PKR payouts to JazzCash, Easypaisa or Raast.
• You may only withdraw funds to payment methods associated with your verified account.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements described in Section 6.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the withdrawal section of the PK368 app.
• PK368 reserves the right to delay or review withdrawals where unusual account activity is detected, in accordance with responsible platform operation standards.

Funds deposited to your PK368 account are held separately from operational funds and are available for withdrawal at any time, subject to any active bonus wagering requirements and the verification status of your account.

All bets placed on PK368 are subject to the specific rules of the sport and market in question, as well as these general terms. By placing a bet you confirm that you understand the terms of that bet and accept the result as final once the event has been settled.

Bet Acceptance: PK368 reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit the maximum stake on any market at its discretion. This may apply where a market is suspended, where unusual betting patterns are detected, or in specific situations involving live in-play markets. Bets placed after an event outcome is known — including due to data feed delays — will be voided.

Void Bets: A bet may be voided in certain circumstances including: the event being cancelled or abandoned, clear pricing errors, system malfunctions, or where the bet was placed after the relevant event had concluded. Void bets are returned to your account balance in full.

In-Play Betting: Live in-play betting on cricket (including PSL and T20 internationals), football and esports is available on PK368. In-play odds are updated continuously and PK368 operates a brief delay between bet submission and confirmation during live events to protect the integrity of the market. This delay is standard across responsible in-play betting platforms.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed per market at the time of bet placement.
• Accumulator and parlay bets are subject to the combined rules of all individual selections.
• Cricket bets on matches that are reduced in overs due to weather are settled according to the relevant sport's DLS rules unless otherwise stated.
• All sporting results are taken from official governing body results unless otherwise specified in the market rules.

PK368 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are displayed on the Promotions page and in the app at the time of the offer.

Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering requirement, eligible markets and minimum odds are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

General Bonus Rules:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household, device or payment method.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering process.
• PK368 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while users are actively working through a wagering requirement, reasonable notice will be provided.
• Bets placed using bonus funds must meet the minimum odds stated in the promotion terms to count towards wagering requirements. Bets on void or cancelled events do not count towards wagering.
• Attempting to abuse a bonus through matched betting, arbitrage or any form of coordinated exploitation will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account review.
• Cashback offers are calculated on net losses within the specified period and credited to your account within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms.

PK368 takes responsible gaming seriously. Sports betting should be an enjoyable leisure activity conducted within personal financial limits — not a way to generate income or recover financial losses. We provide tools to help you stay in control of your betting, and we encourage all users to use them.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all PK368 users within account settings and the app:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to manage how much you spend on the platform.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous platform use to encourage regular breaks.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from PK368. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable pop-up notifications that summarise your betting activity and net position at regular intervals.

PK368 is for adults aged 18 and above. The following activities are strictly prohibited on PK368. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false personal information at registration or during identity verification.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical tools to place bets, access accounts or manipulate platform systems.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corruption in sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Exploiting pricing errors, system glitches or data feed delays to place bets at odds that do not reflect the true market.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Sharing account access with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Coordinating bets with other users to manipulate outcomes, exploit promotions or create artificial betting patterns.
• Attempting to access another user's account or any restricted part of the PK368 platform.

PK368 monitors betting activity on an ongoing basis. Where unusual patterns are identified, accounts may be placed under review pending investigation. PK368 cooperates with sporting bodies and relevant authorities in cases involving integrity concerns.

PK368 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been violated. Common grounds for account action include:

• Verification documents not provided within the requested timeframe.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation or chargeback abuse.
• Bonus abuse, multi-accounting or other exploitation of promotional offers.
• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• A self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, PK368 reserves the right to withhold bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds. Verified deposited funds that are not subject to active bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method following investigation.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact support through in-app chat. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method after any pending bets are settled.

PK368 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy.

PK368 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data collected during the registration and verification process is used for account management, responsible gaming compliance and fraud prevention. Payment data is processed through secure, encrypted channels and is not stored in raw form on PK368 servers.

You have the right to request access to the personal data PK368 holds about you, and to request correction of inaccurate information. Data retention and deletion requests can be submitted to support, subject to legal and regulatory obligations that may require us to retain certain records for a minimum period.

PK368 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we invest substantially in platform reliability, uptime and performance — particularly during high-traffic events like PSL finals — we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Planned maintenance, unexpected technical issues or third-party service disruptions may occasionally affect availability.

PK368 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from delays, errors or interruptions in the platform or payment processing systems.
• Losses resulting from a user's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.
• Decisions made by users based on information displayed on the platform, including live odds, scores or statistics.

Nothing in these terms limits PK368's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted under applicable law. If you have a dispute about a settled bet, withdrawal or account decision, please contact support through the in-app chat in the first instance. PK368 aims to resolve all disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

PK368 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active users via in-app notification or registered email where practicable. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.

Continued use of the PK368 platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to updated terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure through support.
